a person who is overly selective of what parties to go to that night. they usually give lame reasons, such as: not wanting to run into a certain person, the location of the party being too far away, etc.
girl: hey, andy is having a party do you want to chill there?
guy: no, those people are d-bags.
girl: alright well how about charlie’s house?
guy: no! addison will be there and i definitely don’t want to see him.
girl: you’re being so party picky!
