when people at a party skype somebody that’s not at the party so that they can be part of the party. but the people at the party have to make it fun so it’s like a party. the people at the party also have to want the person on skype to be at the party.
my brother was talking to his girlfriend and we jumped into his skype conversation yelling party skype!
