the combination of pathetic and r-t-rded characteristics. someone that is so pathetic that they have crossed into r-t-rded territory, yet cannot be clinically categorized as r-t-rded.
i looked so patharded as i was bouncin’ down da street in my low rider. i’m not sure if it was the bouncin’ car, my grillz, my gauge earrings, or my pants on the ground that had people callin’ me patharded. oh well, whateva!
