convergy’s (cvg) could’t troubleshoot their way out of a paper bag!
e1: oh look, another pebcac ticket in our queue. quick someone call the customer back and show them how to factory reset a modem c-o-r-r-e-c-t-l-y.
e2: i fixed that pebcac ticket in 30 seconds flat which cvg couldn’t fix in 3 hours!
e3: i heard a customer commited suicide after a pebcac ticket was raised. i hope the slt’s are happy offshoring!
