Pegynis
(n.) a freak accident when a man/woman has a weird and absurd combination of a p-n-s and a v-g-n-. pr-nounced “puh-jie-ness”. often paired with a nice set of vagib-lls.
guy 1: man, how was the club last night?
guy 2: dude, it was awful.
guy 1: why? what happened?
guy 2: i was getting up on this hot chick, and when we came back to my apartment, she took of her pants and had a pegynis!
