pequa
pequa generally refers to the m-ssapequa’s (m-ssapequa hamlet, the village of m-ssapequa park, north m-ssapequa, east m-ssapequa). pequa is a quaint town located on the south sh-r- of n-ssau county, long island ny. it is considered by many to be the crown jewel of the riviera of long island.
the pequa area is known for its well-kept homes, various amenities and large population of mid-to-upper middle cl-ss families, and generally a kick–ss area to live.
from the tree-lined streets to the well-kept homes to the plethora of fine dining, waterfront homes, private beaches and shopping available, the pequa’s are one of the nicest areas to live on long island. m-ssapequa has some of the best schools in the entire country. two of the elementary schools are in the top 1% bracket in the entire state of ny:
