perschbacher time is the time using radians. created by tom perschbacher in 1982. facts of the creator
for example 9 o’ clock is pi.(in perschbacher time)
saying the time using radians of a circular clock, with 12 being 0.
therefore, instead of 3 o’ clock, you will say pi/2
