noun, adj. combination of pedestrian and pervert.
a person who is walking (or driving) around in search of s-x or things of s-xual nature.
a guy walks up to a girl at a party and asks her to flash her t-ts. he would be considered a pervestrian.
the girl could say “that was a pervestrian thing to do” or “he was such a pervestrian!”
