Pet flipper
a person or persons/ent-ty that acquires a pet(s) for the sole purpose of selling them for more than they paid. they don’t normally put much time, effort, energy or money into caring for the animal. and indeed, don’t usually have the animal long enough to get to know it’s personality, character, ect. there is normally no bonding with the animal. there will only be maybe one picture of said animal, taken for advertising purposes.
there is this old man down the road, a pet flipper. he gets puppies & kittens for free, then he sells them for crazy amounts of money. he barely cares for them while they are in his care a short time.
