a combination of “face” and “acne”. when you hold a cell phone to your face, the screen gets greasy. when you a on the cell phone for long amounts of time, the grease is taken off, then re-applied to your face again and again. therefore, there is an overly greasy square spot on your face, very pr-ne to acne.
