pills. generally sold on the street. obtained without prescriptions. mostly oxycontin, dilaudid, morphine, methadone, valium, klonopin, ativan, xanex. any opiates or benzodiazepine medication taken to get loaded.
i am starting to get sick. i need to go to the hill and get a sh-tload of pharms to get me through the next two days of work.
short for pharmaceuticals. literally defined as prescription medication, but can be used for discussing other drugs, such as research chemicals.
my local pharm dealer gets hundreds of klonopins each month from the pill farms down in florida.
pharmaceuticals sold illegally.

to camp (continueally hunt) a sp-wn (an area or specific place a computer character inhabits) and kill a computer character (npc) so as to reap the benefits of multiple items from said sp-wn.
is often frowned upon as it it considered monopolization, and generally requires the usurpment of an area from other more needing contenders of said sp-wn.
that &-#$ has been pharming that camp for days, and wont give anyone else a chance.
