philbossophy combining the words philosophy and boss. philbossophy is the act of a boss to present, and accept only his ideas as the way of doing things.
“i am so tired of his philbossophy, he never accepts it when he’s wrong.” or “i tried to present my boss my idea., but it wasn’t in line with his philbossophy so he shot it down.”
