n. a vaguely famous or well known person in or from the city of philadelphia. mostly used in the pejorative.
omg, we went to this ridiculous launch party for liquor/website/alt-weekly and it was packed to the gills with one stripe of philebrity or another. we left so we could drink whiskey out of a flask in the park and then post about it on a messageboard later.
