when you cough & some lung b-tter flies out of your mouth w/o touching your lips, you may or may not know it happens, but you look anyway.
i was talking to some hot guys, i accidentally coughed out of nowhere, & a phlegm gem flew out of my mouth & on their table! they were mortified!
