the act of chatting with someone with only photos; which are occasionally accompanied by sound. this can be done in person or through mediums such as the internet. it is usually considered to be a low uppercl-ss technology because video chatting is ranked higher. because of this lower mentality it has a cult following which is consistent with the radio followers.
