the origin of this term comes from paedophilia, where by young children would be abducted, stripped very fast and taken photos of before being allowed to return (or being indecently -ssaulted). the term was shortened to photo-speed when the child was to be stripped at the speed it would be done on quick shots when there was a high chance of being discovered, and from there was just shortened to photo.-
