a cross between a terrorist who can invoke fear, pain and suffering and a physiotherapist who aids people in rehabilitation, a physioterrorist gives a treatment, such as a deep tissue m-ssage , that is so deep that its enough to make grown men cry.
in another life, or a recession, the therapist could quite easily turn their hand to becoming a dominatrix or similar.
