oh man, last night i went to the best pig party. it was quite a good herd.
1. when two or more cops bust somebody, for a speeding violation.
2. when two police cars are parked opposite ways in order for them to talk to each other, about the awesome speeding tickets that they just gave out.
-usually occurs in the suburbs where police have nothing better to do with themslves.
