Piskey Whickle
an experience consisting of two shots:
a “piskey whickle” is a shot of your favorite whiskey (jameson is recommended) with a pickle-brine chaser.
the pickle brine completely negates the whiskey’s burn, and you’re left with a clean palette that’s ready for another shot!
it may sound strange, but i swear, it’s surprisingly good!
