a pizzandwich is a mikey eastside creation. conceptualized one april, it consists of two square pizza slices in place of bread. the “meat” of the pizzandwich can be any number of items ranging from deli cold cuts, hamburger patties, chicken strips and more. it also makes a great breakfast snack when sausage and eggs are used as the filling
