uruguayan version of a british chav or argentinian villero. they wear sports clothes, bleach their hair, mumble instead of properly speaking and love riding buses with their cellphones playing c-mbia villera out loud so everyone can hear. oftenly come from poor or working cl-ss backround, with some exceptions (just like wiggers).
