the anxiety that arises from one’s perceived sense of having too many plans and/or social/familial commitments. tends to flare up around special events and the holiday season. no known cure.
she sincerely meant to attend the five christmas parties she was invited to that weekend, but her planxiety flared up and she ended up watching an entire season of grey’s anatomy instead.
