a person of panamanian or central american descent, as they are genetically predisposed to consuming m-ss quant-ties of plantaines (bananas) and whose cuisine’s gourmet dishes involve very complex banana-centric dishes. it is not unusual for such individuals to fry bananas and serve them with salt and cheese, or to cook banana’s in a skillet with orange, cinnamon and sugar.
