pluttu
man or woman who spends incredible amounts of time doing things they know they shouldn’t while pretending they should. a pluttu is often recognized being up late at night repairing things or fixing things which weren’t originally broken.
i saw someone doing his landry twice last night, what a pluttu…
is that guy fixing his perfectly working computer? what a pluttu!
