the pojo effect is a natural phenomenon that happens in this board. it occurs when a seemingly promising thread that contains intelligent discussions is warped by off-topic posts, flame wars, and just plain idiocy. ultimately, the thread is ruined and becomes a poster of failure of humankind’s logic.
the pojo effect has clearly happened to this thread. what a shame.
