a polish highlighter is a form of fiber tip pen which is used to highlight sections of doc-ments in a vivid black, while leaving the content beneath obscured.
lauren used a polish highlighter on the important parts of a doc-ment, but found out later that she’s couldn’t read thru the black ink!
