n. the act of having many gods you do not believe in.
a term used by atheists to point out the fact that basically everyone on earth is an atheist to some extent. n-body on earth believes in every god, therefore everyone is an atheist.

i’m buddhist
atheist: i don’t believe in any of those gods, therefore i am a polyatheist
