i got taken by a hyip ponzi scam last week. they promised 20% a month but ran away with my money!
being forced to pay more than you want for something. anything related to paying a tax, fine, fee or any similar and unjust charge. having to pay for something that you think you are ent-tled to. to describe anything else you want to use it for.
i just got jacked with these new fees set by rcn. these fees are nothing more than a ponzi.
