the inability to fall asleep because you have to p–p so badly. it is usually accompanied by an upset stomach and farting in bed. poo, p–p, bowel movement, bm, take a dump, fart, p-ss gas, drop a deuce, cr-p, pinch a loaf, sleep, sleeplessness, fall asleep, insomnia
when i eat chili and spinach greens, around 2am i get a major case of poosomnia.
