an act of kidnapping, torture, rape, and sodomy which involves a couple (normally husband and wife) who take their unsuspecting victim and forcibly confine her to a bas-m-nt or laundry room, where they perform colonic irrigation using an enema which allows them both to digest and cover each other with the fecal matter of the victim.
