something that doesn’t quite get on your nerves or p-ss you off, yet. also, the key word is potentially, so chances are it can really p-ss you off sooner or later. think of something you found cute or hilarious for about five minutes, like a semi-witty d-ck joke, or an incontinent puppy, will later be potentially infuriating by repit-tion. reference puppy dog girlfriend for a better irl example.

person b: he doesn’t care whether or not that’s potentially infuriating, he just gets pent up about it and f-cks the sh-t out of her later
