when you call someone repeatedly because they wont answer the phone. this action usually occurs after one person hangs up on the other person during an argument and the other person has more to say and knows that the person is home or by the phone and they wont pick-up. mostly used with cell phones.
i can’t believe joe just hung up on me, and now he won’t answer his phone! i’ll show him and power call him until he answers.
