a complete and utter sh-thead. a total b-st-rd that wants nothing more than to see others fail and be unhappy. usually -ssociated with positions with power. can work for a male or female, pr-ckasaurus has no boundaries when it comes to evil. a pr-ckasaurus has no soul, and often does only what the pr-ckasaurus wants to do. a pr-ckasaurus often is of low intelligence and usually is unaware of this defect. the pr-ckasaurus lives in its own world and thinks everyone loves him/her.
