a small flavored cigar, commonly found in gas stations in packs or singles. yummy.

every hardcore smoker in phoenix knows that prime time is that lil flavored mini cigar that people usually roll blunts with. can find them at about any gas station for 99 cents. very good to smoke.
“i got the weed. you got the prime time?”
a small cigar/cigarillo found in many flavors. prime times are popular among those in rainier and other places. the reasoning is that, in the hood, more people are rolling and smoking blunts and therefore there is more need for a prime time.

special prime time flavors include the happy hours modelled after mixed drinks.
