fear of getting something for free offered from product or service promotions.
promofear is when companies offer free products or services with no strings attached, just to promote their brands or their products and services, the skeptics start touting doubt about the products or services offered aren’t real without even going to their office/store/trade show booths/marketing company stores. some go as extreme as even emailing the company through their websites to support staff telling that an advertising service was giving away their products for free and it’s not real.
