when two gentlemen stand face to face, one guy puts his hand on the other guys shoulder and place other free hand on erect member. the guy with free hands, places one hand on guys elbow and other his other hand cups the one that is wrapped around swollen p-n-s. -ssistance is given until -j-c-l-t–n is achieved. this is all done while both men wear top hats, other old timey cloths optional. upon completion, no words spoken, only tip of the hats and both men go about their day.
