a word that is made up to be a universal insult/compliment. it can mean a really silly person, or somebody who is really stupid. usually it is used in compliment department. it’s like calling somebody a goof-ball. it has to rational meaning, but is very cute when boys call girls this. boys don’t like to be called one because they think it sounds stupid.
