pug effect
when someone finds someone really cute but others find it ugly. such as the breed of dog pugs. some people find it adorable some not so much.
girl 1: hey did you see that cute guy.?
girl2: what cute guy.? all i saw was an ugly troll
girl 1: nope. he was cute
random person: that guy has a pug effect.
