the act of talking sh-t to someone while not being able to back it up. you may call someone a “piece of sh-t”, tell them to go “suck a fatty” or talk more sh-t, but really, you won’t do anything physical. sideaffects include, but are not limited to; being called a p-ssy/b-tch (etc.), being teased often while knowing you won’t/can’t do anything about it, get to be a very p-ssy person, and this phrase also works when you’re being a jealous b-tch.
