Pulled a rockstar
rockstars are well known for booking events and not doing them. therefore, when someone says you “pulled a rockstar,” it means: to be scheduled for an event and simply not show up. essentially doing what is known as a “no show” (could be for a concert, party, or an event).
mike said he was gonna come to the party, but i guess he pulled a rockstar.
