when someone gets a new job, and attends all the training but quits before the actual job starts. usually occurs because that person is a stoner that cannot remember the code for a satsumi orange.
i ended up pulling a smashley the other day. i learned during my job training i would need to memorize the table numbers at the pizza joint. 🙁
