the act of putting off doing something because you have a cat on your lap/bed/shoulder. like procrastination however using a feline friend as a completely acceptable reason for it.
marcus had not managed to shower for what seemed liked an eternity and was beginning to smell and feel itchy, he had been purrcrastinating since one morning some weeks ago because his cat george was sat upon his lap and required his constant attention.
