(british colloquial slang)

(pr-nounced as ‘mother’) descriptive of heavy falling snow (though not nearly as severe as a blizzard).
“the snowfall was quite light ten minutes ago, but now it’s really starting to puther”.
puther is most commonly used to describe the son of a wealthy businessman who comes from a rural pind in punjab. many puthers have left punjab and now are taking over the city of toronto. puthers have a natural ability to break dance, yet maintain a shy and quiet personality. puthers think that they are gangster, but really, are big softies.
