1) form of government where control of the political system and its inst-tutions lie in the hands of a bunch of b-tch -ss putos. typically characterized by trifling squabbling, by sell outs who f-ck everything up for everyone else.
2) any organization that is run by one or more putos that are either ignorant of or don’t care that they f-ck things up for everyone else.
those obstructionist republicans and their petty bullsh-t have turned this country into a putocracy.
