pwtoas/poor white trash on a stick. usually pr-nounced “po’ white trash…”. used to criticize someone who is white trash or with extremely white trashy characteristics (sl-tty clothes, letting bleached hair grow out too long, house/lawn in a complete disaster etc.) if referring to a female, usually that person is a sk-nk or sleezy.
