hispanic and/or cholo term for h-llo
pr-nouced cue vo. it is an almost obselete term for h-llo or what’s up in cholo culture. nowadays, only real cholos/mexicans use this term, since it is so old, and little g-ngb-nger kids probably don’t know what it is. it is mostly a mexican-american term.

qvo also known as east side qvo is the largest most powerful gang in the state of utah, also having influences on california, las vegas, kansas city, and portland. there is two chapters in this gang, the raskals which are the weaker and younger ones, and the lokotez which are the older more powerful ones (o.g’z/ shottcallers) qvo has been around since the 80’s lead by raul “speedy” gonzalez r.i.p! qvo continues to be active and gaining members, guns, etc
