combined word fusing “qualifications” with “fornication.” in response to the increasing relevance of casting couches with regards to both corporate and film industry hiring practices, this new term was coined.
her only qualifornication is that she’s f!&cking the director.
original use was mainly sarcastic, as in above example.
however, it is increasingly being adopted by hollywood hr departments to better describe the performance expectations for different positions. as in:
qualifornications for executive -ssistant to dir. of casting: oral w/ swallow/facial, -n-l insertive, dominant, verbal abusive skills with large vocabulary, good in groups. also, light data entry + mac friendly and certified cpr. multiple cocaine dealer references a plus.
