racial bias
when you are biased against someone due to their race.
for example, when a white person, who by the way doesn’t have to necessarily be a sworn racist, has a racial bias against a black person when all other things are equal. you may hear things like, “although you have completed your case plan or although you have graduated from college…there are still concerns…”
