to be extremely unpredictable while intoxicated. a person in this state will do actions they won’t while sober such as, jump off or into things, bite others, break objects. also while talking/yelling you may understand the words but their sentences will not make sense and seem completely random.
but overall you still have fun either being a raging r-t-rd or your friend is acting like one.
