a small town which has now become the capital of jharkhand state in india. nothing has changed in the past twenty years or so. same old broken roads, same old power cuts, same old jobless market. with over 60% local youth unemployed, its a haven for crime. the super corrupt police force does not help either. major brain drain. anyone smart enough gets out and stays out!
